<image:title>About Cary - Welcome! My name is Cary Berkley and I began practicing yoga about 17 years ago…</image:title>
<image:caption>I left my first class feeling relaxed, sore, calm, and most importantly, curious. I was instantly curious about the postures, where they came from, how they benefited my body, and why this practice offered me a different way of thinking and feeling. I wanted to know more. That is where my journey began, and it has continued to intrigue my physical, spiritual, and mental capacity ever since. I completed my 200-hour teacher training through YogaWorks in January, 2020. I felt a calling to deepen my own practice, and a drive to become a better teacher to share the amazing benefits of yoga with as many people as I can reach. I finished my 300-hr training through YogaWorks in February, 2021, achieving my 500-hr teaching certification. I deeply enjoy connecting with community, learning from others, and teaching people how to safely practice yoga with a sense of exploration and inquiry. I look forward to practicing with you, and learning from each other.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Sound Healing - What is Sound Healing?</image:title>
<image:caption>Sound healing uses various frequencies to induce a meditative state which allows our bodies to restore and rejuvenate. The vibrations stimulate our delta and theta brainwaves inducing a state of deep relaxation allowing our bodies to heal. Sound baths have been shown to reduce anxiety, promote better sleep, reduce blood pressure, help with trauma, and other physical ailments. As a former electronic music DJ, music and vibration has always been an important part of my healing journey. I enjoy exposing others the benefits of sound healing, and being in community in a meditative state.</image:caption>
